Field Staff Job Information:

• •  Has reliable transportation to shop on south side

• •  Must have steel toed boots

Laborer ($15 - $19 /hr)

• •  general manual labor
• •  ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• •  understanding and knowledge on operating and maintaining all equipment
• •  maintaining various daily logs & other miscellaneous paper work
• •  understanding of the Greener Grass Lawn & Landscaping Ltd. Safety program
• •  ensure you and all fellow employees are working safely
• •  completion of work orders and notifications for customers
• •  phone calls to customers
• •  general deliveries/errands
• •  driving safely

Crew Leader ($20 - $25 /hr)

• •  estimating
• •  site checks:
• •  ensuring all work is completed at or above Greener Grass Lawn & Landscaping Ltd. Standards
• •  ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• •  hold safety meetings
• •  supervise crew of up to 8 employees
• •  train new employees
