We have the 9th week of every second year which is bike week in daytona if you are looking for a little extra fun on top of the atractions right in Orlando. The maitenance fee is $800.00 every second year. This timeshare also comes with an optional membership to interval international which allows you to trade in your week for one anywhere in the world, plus as many get aways at bottom dollar prices as you can use. Our timeshare is a two bedroom lock off, which means it sleeps 8 and can be traded in as seperate units. Washer and Dryer are in the entryway so if you gave up one of the rooms you would have to share your laundry with whom ever rented the lock off room.
